Thank you for shopping with Fly Life Outdoors. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipment of your order.
1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These charges are based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days for delivery within the continental United States. Please note that these are estimates and we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
4. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes internationally at this time.
5. Damages
- Fly Life Outdoors is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
