Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped from our home base within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Times & Rates: We usually ship via standard ground, which typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery within the continental US. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and location. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your order is on its way.
International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the United States. However, we are constantly looking to expand our reach, so join our mailing list for the latest news, releases, and special deals.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be 100% stoked on your gear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached. Gear must be in it's original, complete condition.
How to Start a Return: Please visit our Contact Us page to send us a message, and we will get back to you with instructions to get the process started.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, that's our mistake, and we'll make it right. Contact us immediately with a photo of the issue, and we will get a replacement sent out to you at no cost.
